Delivery Time:
Street Couture delivers your order to the address you specify in your personal account. Delivery time will be within 48 hours from submitting your order, EXCEPT official holidays, as the order will be hold to the next working day.
Delivery Zone:
We deliver to all areas in Kuwait, for customers from other countries please contact us to arrange the payment method and delivery.
Delivery Charge:
Local delivery will cost a flat rate of 2.000 KD.
Return and exchange:
We apologize to return any purchased item, UNLESS the item received is defected, otherwise NO MONEY refund will be done. Size exchange will accepted as long the other size is available, other wise you will be having a credit voucher to use anytime within 3 months. In all cases above the items should be in their original condition, unused and with their attached tags, moreover the customer MUST contact us within 24 hours at info@stcouture.com after that no return or exchange will be accepted.
Payment:
All payments would be fully due upon delivery 'Cash on Delivery'.
Cancellation of order:
Orders cancellation could be done within 12hours after submitting through the email info@stcouture.com before receiving the order. |
